RedCrowWatch does not collect, store, or transmit:
All detection is event-based and anonymized. No video footage is stored or shared. The system records only violation type, zone, and timestamp.
This dashboard currently displays sample/simulated data for demonstration purposes. When live monitoring is active, only aggregated, anonymized violation counts are displayed. No personally identifiable information is ever shown.
This website does not use cookies or third-party analytics. No tracking scripts are loaded. No data about dashboard visitors is collected or stored.
Violation event records (type, zone, timestamp only) are retained for a rolling 90-day window for analytical purposes. No raw video or image data is retained.
This system operates in public spaces where individuals have no reasonable expectation of privacy. Monitoring is conducted solely for traffic safety research and civic advocacy purposes, consistent with applicable New York State and City laws.
